THIS IS THE FOLKS IN TARPON SPRINGS THEY DO A POTATO SALAD. WE TAKE IT UP AND COME OUT HERE, WE SPIN IT AROUND. YOU DON’T WANT TO DRESS IT TOO SOON BECAUSE IT KIND OF SOAKS INTO THE SALAD AND KIND OF GETS MUSHY. THERE’S ONE OF OURS.
