National Assembly ratifies South Korea-U.S. defense cost-sharing deal

The National Assembly has ratified a deal with the U.S. on sharing defense costs. Under the agreement, approved Friday, Seoul will contribute roughly 915 million U.S. dollars this year to help cover the expense of stationing American troops on the peninsula.
